| Residential Work We undertake new build houses, renovations, remodels and extensions. We have worked on refurbishment of most house types in central London as well as new build houses in urban and rural settings. Our experience includes listed homes and property in sensitive conservation areas. Commercial Work Our portfolio includes concept design and construction of office fit out, retail outlets and gallery spaces. We work closely with clients to make practical spaces to work, sell and visit whilst bringing a sense of delight through the reinforcement of the company brand. Public Buildings Our experience in award winning public buildings lends us to work on larger building types including theatre, cinema, galleries, retail development and bridges. We also provide a design consultancy role for larger practices looking for design expertise and experience to supplement their teams. Urban Design Design at all scales must consider its immediate and wider physical context. We approach all projects throught the filter of urban/landscape design in order to enhance our built environment and make our cities a better place to live, work and play. |
Planning Applications We have worked with many planning authorities including all boroughs in Central London. We work with the local authorities to ensure that our designs are accepted and enjoyed. We have never failed to achieve planning permission for our clients. Detail Design Detail design drawings and written specifications are important to make sure that the clients requirements for the project are understood by the whole design team and by the contractor. We pride ourselves on the quality of the information we produce on our clients behalf. Project Management We can manage your project from concept design through to the completion of works on site. We have experience of administering all standard forms of contract. We work to ensure a quality product. We have good relationships with many contractors who we work with to deliver your project. Development Branding We work closely with graphic designers and brand managers to offer turnkey solutions on developments from feasibility studies to the marketing and sales of the finished architecture. We work hard to produce holistic projects that add value through physical form, digital and printed media. |
